    Description

    SET 2 NEEDLEPOINT FLORAL PILLOWS FINISHED & COMPLETE with INSERTS
    CREWEL STYLE STITCHES - HAND STITCHED
    Yellow Dresden Plate Floral Design;  Finished Completed Matching Pillows
    Octagonal Shaped approx. 12" across & 2.5" thick
    The multi-color flowers feature green, white, orange, yellow & blue yarns.  The flowers are stitched in the Crewel style which gives them an "applied/sewn on top" visual texture & shape.  The flowers are contrasted against 8 alternating panels of yellow & green.  Notice how the background panels are also stitched with textures that give a linear variety & contrast for the flowers.  Both pillows are finished with a matching pale yellow thin wale corduroy back with piping around the edges.  Please use the magnification feature to appreciate the unique hand stitching & textures of these pillows.  The workmanship of these pillow tops is very skillful & artistic & is worth updating if you do not like their corduroy back. You can replace the backing material & have it remade with a nice rich velvet or some other fabric.
    Suitable to use/ display in almost any room.  Especially nice for the living room, bedroom or guest room.
