Description
This Westlake new in the box Painted Pony tries to capture the diversity of the old Route 66 when it was a major path to the Golden State from everywhere else.The artist who created the Route 66 pony is Ellen Sokoloff. She was inspired by the collage of diners, motels, gas stations, and tourist attractions found along the old Route 66 in the 1950's and 60's. The Route 66 pony was retired 07/05. This pony has been waiting patiently since the first edition to find a spot on your shelf. The base of the pony is about 5 1/2 inches by 2 1/2 inches. The pony is about 6 inches tall. It is 1E/1888.
