Blanket is 40"" x 60"" and weights 5 lbs and should not be used by any child below 6 years of age or under 40 pounds.
Never use with an infant. Never place blanket in a crib.
Child should be able to get out of blanket without assistance. Caregiver should confirm child can use blanket safely.
Never use to restrain or restrict movement of child.
Blanket should never go past shoulders & should never cover the head.
Consult a physician before using on a child who is injured, disabled or ill.
Inspect regularly for wear and tear. Stop use immediately and discard if damaged or bead filly comes out of blanket.
Care instructions: Machine wash separately in cold water and tumble dry low on air fluff
Special Instructions: The filling of this blanket is made with tiny sand-like micro glass beads. Every effort is made to thoroughly clean any bead residue that may be left on the blanket prior to packaging. Please shake out your weighted blanket prior to use and after laundering to insure no loose bead residue is sitting on top of the exterior of the blanket.
