    Description

    The Trail of Painted Ponies 2009 Wovoka's Vision is in excellent condition.  I took pictures in several different poses.  This was done by artist Devon Archer.  In 1889 following a Solar Eclipse, a Paiute medicine man named Wovoka has a vision that turned into what is called the Ghost Dance.  He thought this dance would return the beauty to the world, bring back the buffalo and reunite the living with their loved ones in the ghost world.  This pony was done to honor his memory.
